I’m officially home from Aruba, but that is not going to stop me from sharing a final few looks with you all. While I was in Aruba, Matt and I spent most of our time on the beach or exploring the island.

So when I was considering what to pack for my vacation, I made sure to include rompers. I’m not kidding when I labeled this post romping around Aruba because I was literally wearing this Vineyard Vines romper ALL over Aruba. You guys, I’m not kidding when I say Vineyard Vines‘ spring line is basically my ideal closet, it’s on point, so make sure to check it out!

On our last day of vacation, Matt & I decided to spend the day at Eagle Beach, one of Aruba’s most famous beaches. We walked the whole beach, stopped for dinner and watched the sun set into the baby blue sea.

I learned a few interesting facts about Aruba’s beaches throughout the day. Like the reason, tourists don’t have problems with sharks while swimming, is because the sand is so fine that if sharks approached the shore; they’d get sand in their gills. Interesting right! Basically, this means the super sandy swimming areas might not have crystal clear water but I’ll take knowing that sharks can’t get near me.

It was really interesting talking to natives and just wondering. I loved how passionate the people of Aruba were about their home, they all had an overwhelming amount of gratitude for the island they live on, which was really inspiring. They were thankful for literally everything, including drinking water, which is something I easily take for granted. Anyway, it was really inspiring being around such people.

Sometimes the best days are the ones where you literally romp around town, am I right?!
