It’s started to get windy in Connecticut and when this happens I start pulling out my warm wool scarfs. Investing in a warm scarf is necessary and a lot of them are on sale now (I’ll link my favorite ones in the shop this post section below). January is a really inspiring month but it’s also one of the coldest months, so invest in your wardrobe and keep yourself from getting sick, by wearing a cute knit scarf.

My closet is filled with neutral colors, so I tend to buy scarfs that work as a statement piece for my outfit. Whether they are fluffy like this scarf or just a bright color, I try and use scarfs as a way to keep warm and turn an average outfit into a super fashionable one. However I’ll be honest sometimes I bundle myself up so much I look like the little brother from a Christmas Story & nothing is fashionable about that (#layers on layers).

Today I’m off to Boston with Matt and if any of you guys have recommendations, let me know below! I’ll be wearing about 4 layers and Matt will be wearing a long sleeve & probably no jacket, because he clams it’s always warm outside (#lies). Anyways I hope you are all enjoying your knit scarf weather, xx A.
